Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned with original packaging
  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return instructions before shipping the item.
  4. Carefully package the item and send it to the return address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly assist with a replacement or exchange whenever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Our support team will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
